On a fine winters morning the view of the mournes from just outside hilltown (left). Looking from car park on the slievenaman road uptowards Ott mountain and the mourne wall.
Further up the track nearing the top where the track runs out (left). View from the wall back down towards Fofanny Dam just as the weather starts to close in.
Junction at the top of Carn mountain time for a cup of tea to see if the clouds will clear so that we can get some clear pictures .
Through breaks in the cloud you can just make out the rocky peak of slieve Bearnagh (left). View of the Mourne wall disappearing in the haze
Very restricted view of Slieve Binnians North Tor through the glare of the sun (left). View down the wall towards Spelga Dam and slieve Miskin. Follow this fork of the wall for about 1km to the top of Slieve Muck.
Thought i would take part of this wall away to give a clearer view of slieve bearnagh but then thought it easier to look over the wall.
